And when they see you, they will consider you not except in ridicule; "is this the one that Allah has sent as a Messenger?”
Today the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who read these verses are having a worse attitude towards the believer who testifies Adhikr. These wrongdoers are carrying the Lord’s Book as burden-bearing donkeys as told in verse 62: 5. It is told in verses 83: 29-34: “Indeed, the Mujirims are mocking at the believers in this world, and whenever they pass them, they used to wink at each other in mockery, and they returned to their own family by joking. And whenever they see the believers they would say these are the strayed people, but they are not sent as the custodians upon the believers. On the Day of Judgment, the believers will be laughing at Kuffar (Fujjar). See explanation 2: 212; 11: 8 and 21: 36.
